Our Frank is probably not Frank Deveney, Cricketer

It was suggested from via Trove our Frank  (Francis Arthur Deveney) might have been a  Victorian Fast Bowler.

A Wikipedia article was hopeful as were some other sources.

Wikipedia reported
Frank Deveney (16 August 1910 – 30 October 1998) was an Australian cricketer. He played four first-class cricket matches for Victoria between 1936 and 1938

and another article saying he played for North Melbourne and was selected to Represent Victoria.

Although not certain, several of these references appear to be to another man
